Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Kvadrix service available at kvadrix.com.

By registering or paying for services you fully accept these Terms.

Kvadrix provides AI floor-plan analysis, furniture layout generation, photo rendering and project documentation (estimates, PDF/DXF/IFC drawings).

Results are advisory and do not replace a licensed architect or design bureau.

Using the service requires an account and a short questionnaire.

You agree to provide accurate data and not share access with third parties.

During the beta period core features are free of charge.

Paid plan terms will be published separately before introduction.

During the beta, floor plans you upload and corrections you make in the storey editor may be used in anonymised form to train and improve Kvadrix recognition models.

Plans are never published or shared with third parties. Email support@kvadrix.com to exclude your data from the training set.

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee error-free AI analysis and recommend an architect review before construction work.

Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid in the last 3 months.
