Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Data we collect

Account data: name and email address (via Clerk).

Questionnaire data: property type, household, style preferences, budget.

Files you upload: floor plans, references, images.

Technical data: anonymised usage events (page views, UI actions) not linked to your identity.

2. How we use data

To operate the service: plan recognition, layout and render generation, document production.

To improve the product: anonymised usage analytics.

We never sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in the EU/Russia with encryption in transit (TLS) and backups.

Only authorised staff and contractors bound by confidentiality obligations can access data.

4. Your rights

You may request an export or deletion of your data by writing to support@kvadrix.com.

Deleting your account removes projects and uploaded files within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies (session, language preference). No marketing trackers.

6. Pinterest integration

When you connect your Pinterest account, the Kvadrix app only accesses the data you explicitly allow through the official Pinterest OAuth flow (profile, boards, pins).

We store the access token encrypted and use it only for the features you enable (browsing boards and importing pins into a project moodboard). We do not sell this data, do not share it with third parties, and do not request access to other people's accounts.

You can disconnect the integration in Kvadrix settings; access can also be revoked in your Pinterest settings (the “Apps” section). After access is revoked, previously imported images stay in your moodboard until you delete them.

7. Third-party services

To operate the Service we rely on providers: Clerk (authentication), Google (OAuth sign-in, at your choice), Pinterest (reference import, at your action), Neon (database), Cloudflare (file storage), Vercel and Inferno Solutions (hosting).

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only to the extent required for the Service to work.
